Weeks later after the practical class in Pastry.
Still the same, following the recipe that given by the lecturer.
2kg flour.
And, finally, i got 36 doughnuts, 6of the round one, and 8 MI GU le!
LOL!!I dont know why it will extra that much, coz, I only got 34 or 36 in the college.
Conclusion of the product: Its ok only, still need more improvement! LOL!
