Christmas @ Marche

When Christmas, everyone is celebrating, having family dinner, eating turkey, and bla bla bla...

But, I have to work.

So, I celebrated my Christmas with the Marche's ppl.

Well, not really celebrating la, just some photo session with everyone, or consider as most of the people there.

First, would be with the Santarina of Marche, Sara. 

Oh so, this is our Executive Sous Chef of Marche, Chef Paul Lewis, with the traineesss.... ^_^

This is his first year celebrating Christmas over sea, by the way, he is from Australia.

What they use this for?

They use this to make the pizza, it's much more crispy compare to those oven makes.

Ah~ There is our 2 pretty ladies form Marche. Our supervisor and Captain.

So, this is soo call hosting..

It's bored when you only can standing over there, front door, the entrance, especially when no guest.

I'll definitely fall as sleep...Zzz

 Abang Bakri, our Marche steward, who also preparing staff food for everyone of us.

He can't speak, but he is kind.

I swear to god, if anyone who dare to bully him, I'll definitely screw that fellow.

 Have I say before, the people in Marche is a bit crazy, or so call mad...

And that's why the front kitchen showing the words Mad Chef @ Marche.

 These chefs, or so call abang-abang, they will sometimes makes me some pasta, and some pizza for FREE.

Yup~ The dishes from the menu.

We eat for free...

Once again, thanks to our Chef Paul, he actually made everyone of us the dishes.

He is funny, he love to repeat the word twice. LOL

That's how I past my 2010 Christmas.

I swear that I'm not going to head out this year to crowded with people.

And YES, I did it! HOHOHO!!!
